More pictures		TYLER PERRY STUDIOS Atlanta, GA Currently, GSB is working on the redevelopment of a site at Hogan Road that includes the design and construction of five new buildings and four existing buildings. The address will become home to a full-service production facility for Tyler Perry Studios. This campus will house the Studios Corporate Headquarters, a 300 person theater with a ballroom and full kitchen for catering, production offices, a building that houses wardrobe, sets and props. There will also be one building dedicated to dressing rooms which includes a 24 station hair and makeup room. Four of the new buildings will be sound stages for the production of movies. Between the existing and new buildings there will be a back lot streetscape that will also be used in the production of movies. Project Size: 157,392 Sq. Ft. Construction Cost: IN PROGRESS

		DELI AREPAS Atlanta, GA Equipment layout and a dining area layout for up to fifty people, was requested by the client. Furniture and artwork selections were chosen to give this quick service restaurant a Venezuelan and South American look and feel. GSB studied the Venezuelan quick service arepa restaurants in order to gather relevant information needed to purchase the special equipment needed in the kitchen. This 2000 sqft restaurant had a budget of $150,000.00 which GSB met. Project Size: 180,000 Sq. Ft. Construction Cost: $150,000

GSB Architects, Inc. was charged with planning and design of the 3,000 sqft office space.
