Equipment layout and a dining area layout for up to fifty people, was
requested by the client. Furniture and artwork selections were chosen to give
this quick service restaurant a Venezuelan and South American look and
feel. GSB studied the Venezuelan quick service arepa restaurants in
order to gather relevant information needed to purchase the special
equipment needed in the kitchen. This 2000 sqft restaurant had a budget of
$150,000.00 which GSB met.

COMMERCIAL OFFICE RENOVATION
Atlanta, GA
For their relocation into their new Atlanta headquarters, this corporation founded in 1979, with numerous offices across the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia wanted to ensure a high-end atmosphere. GSB Architects, Inc. was charged with planning and design of the 3,000 sqft office space. Following the Clients desire, the traditional closed office environment gave way to an open plan encouraging internal communication and optimizing cubicle capacity.
