Renovation of Wealth Management space on second floor. Move management was required for the selection, space planning, shipping coordination, delivery and set up of each furnished space. This is a prominent building that houses the main branch and administrative offices functions. The work included development of programming, space planning, interior design, and site representation during the moves.

Different groups were consolidated and brought together successfully into one space. The available space was efficiently designed and utilized to obtain the desired offices, rooms and cubicles. Services also included space planning and move management of existing equipment, cubicles and furniture.

RELOCATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE GROUPS Atlanta, GA
This project consisted of the renovation of an existing space and relocation of an existing administrative offices and consolidating the spaces into a center. Different groups were involved and were all brought together successfully into this one space. The move management was the most challenging issue which we addressed by bringing all of the various groups involved together in scheduling meetings to fully understand the many needs of the groups, as well as the process involved with their moving. Then we successfully conveyed that process to the team.
