BANK INTERIOR RENOVATION
Wynnton, GA
This project consisted of the renovations to all teller stations. We updated the finishes to give a more updated look while preserving the conservative vocabulary. The renovation of the floors included break areas and new restrooms. This project involved our technical expertise in critical missions' facilities where operations must be maintained.

FINANCIAL CENTER MANAGER POSITION
Georgia Statewide
This project involved replacing the service center desk in each branch bank in the state of Georgia. Our services were turn-key project management including preparation of the RFP package, administration of bidding the construction contract, surveying each site to update the floor plans, layouts of new desk, assistance in selection of new desk and chairs and coordinating the new installation with IT vendors, furniture vendors, Branch Managers and the construction company. We also provided site representation during the de-install and install in order to insure proper placement, inspect the new furniture, ensure IT vendors could get the equipment placed on line, and to ensure security was not compromised as the work was done after the branches were closed. On average, four to six branches were completed each day.

CORPORATE OFFICE RENOVATION
Stockbridge, GA
This financial project was a build-out of a new office building for the new corporate headquarters for a bank holding corporation. The services provided included: Programming, Space Planning and Interior Design. GSB’s Interior Designers space planned the office, selected and specified all of the furniture, furnishings and finishes, and selected the art work for the space. The process involved meetings with the client at each phase for input and approval of all items. The plan was laid out to maximize use. A corporate board room and data center as well as security systems were also part of this project.
