Currently, GSB is working on the redevelopment of a site at Hogan Road that includes the design and construction of five new buildings and four existing buildings. The address will become home to a full-service production facility for Tyler Perry Studios. This campus will house the Studios Corporate Headquarters, a 300 person theater with a ballroom and full kitchen for catering, production offices, a building that houses wardrobe, sets and props. There will also be one building dedicated to dressing rooms which includes a 24 station hair and makeup room. Four of the new buildings will be sound stages for the production of movies. Between the existing and new buildings there will be a back lot streetscape that will also be used in the production of movies.
